DBT
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Skills Group
for Queer folx
ONLINE or IN PERSON
Do you identify as LGBTQ+? Do you feel you are struggling with your thoughts, feelings, and emotions?
Many people aren't formally educated, like in a classroom setting, on how to handle and manage stress effectively. Instead, we often learn harmful coping mechanisms from friends, family, or the media, making life seem difficult or at times, unmanageable. Even still, some may have the tools and resources to manage stress, but are in an environment that makes it hard for them to cope.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills training offers valuable tools and insights that aid in connecting with oneself and one’s emotions, paving the way for better understanding and processing of these feelings.
Through this training, you'll gain a variety of practical skills aimed at managing emotions, enhancing relationships, and boosting overall well-being.
Join a supportive group setting where you can share your experiences, receive constructive feedback, and practice newly acquired skills.
