I’m Kei.
Therapy for people and relationships under pressure.
I help adults, couples, polycules and families work through recurring conflict, ADHD-related strain, burnout, betrayal, and emotional overload with therapy that is relational, direct, and practical.
Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
How I help.
Most people who reach out to me are not new to self-awareness. They have read, reflected, talked, and tried.
The problem is not a lack of intelligence.
The problem is that stress, shame, overload, and old patterns keep taking over in real time.
I help in three main areas:
Relationship repair under chronic stress
For individuals, couples, and relational systems dealing with conflict loops, shutdown, resentment, betrayal, neurodivergence strain, and communication breakdown.
Executive functioning support for teens and adults
For people who are worn down by inconsistency, overwhelm, emotional flooding, shame, follow-through problems, and the impact all of that has on relationships.
Burnout recovery for high-responsibility people
For helpers, professionals, and caregivers whose bodies, moods, and relationships are showing the cost of carrying too much for too long.
My work is systemic, DBT-informed, somatically aware, and trauma-informed, but what matters most is that it is usable.
We are not here to perform therapy. We are here to make something shift.

Consultation – A free 20-minute video call to discuss needs and ensure a good fit. This is not a full therapy session.
Intake & Scheduling – If we decide to work together, you’ll fill intake paperwork in the Client Portal and schedule your first full session.
Therapy Begins – We’ll typically meet weekly (or frequency as agreed) to work toward your goals, checking in regularly about progress.
